Convenience
SPTE will work with you to either help set up a clinical partnership for you to complete a residency where you want to call home or we will connect you with a Current Partner looking to grow their current staff.
Flexibility
100% of participants who stay with our Clinical Partners graduate. Given our blended learning model, participants at our Clinical Partners complete their didactic coursework online while maintaining their current practice location. Less than 5% of participants were unable to complete the program due to moving employment away from a clinical partner.

One key aspect of residency education is mentorship. SPTE teams you up with our top-notch mentors where we work with you where you are and with your patients
Excellence
100% of SPTE resident graduates have been eligible to sit for the Orthopedic Clinical Specialization Exam upon completion and go on to receive their OCS.
